The Future of News With Peter Kafka & Sara Fischer

For those of us interested in the media industry, there aren’t many things that are more fun than…well, gossiping about the media industry. Next month, we will be lucky to dish with the best. Our discussion on the business landscape of the news business will include two of the most accomplished reporters on the beat:

• Peter Kafka, Senior Correspondent at Vox Media
• Sara Fischer, Senior Media Reporter at Axios, Media Analyst at CNN

We are incredibly excited to host them on the panel.

We are also thrilled to be back in person for this event, in partnership with CUNY’s Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at their lovely event space in Midtown. We plan to provide snacks and drinks, and follow this rough schedule:

• 5:30 | Arrive and talk to each other
• 6:00 | Panel discussion
• 7:00 | More talking to each other
• 7:30ish | Leave

I want to mention that we are charging a small fee for this event to make sure that we have an accurate sense of attendance, since there is a limit to how many folks we can fit into the venue.
