Meet Greg

Greg is a two-time PR Daily award winner with over a decade of expertise in public relations and corporate communications work across emerging technology, venture capital, CPG and luxury. 

He spent his early career working in TV production and tech startups, before transitioning into public policy work that ranged from water-activated murals that raised awareness for Seattle’s homeless crisis to a voter-supported contest that raised $100,000 to build a playground for a school in need. Russo’s strength lies in his knack for discovering unique client insights and turning them into news stories that cut through the clutter of the media landscape. 

He joins Haymaker as a Director, overseeing its emerging technology and enterprise practice. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and can be found playing drums around the city when he’s not immersed in the latest tech trends and news.
