Meir Sabbagh leads the consumer practice at Haymaker, ensuring that clients of all sizes benefit from press strategies that stoke consumer interest.

Before joining the world of PR, he began his career behind the camera, working on daytime and late night talk shows including The Wendy Williams Show and NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. He kickstarted his career in public relations at the agency M Booth, where he drove media relations campaigns for product launches and celebrity partnerships, as well as storytelling campaigns for Dyson, GE, GODIVA, Burlington, Vaseline, and Patron.

He then moved into consumer work with Microsoft, Honeywell, and Volvo, focusing on visual storytelling. Meir also spent time driving media strategy for Anheuser-Busch’s portfolio of craft beer brands, and Canadian automotive company Can-Am, where he led media strategy for a partnership with hip-hop group Migos, which led Cardi B to ride the company’s newest three-wheel motorcycle on stage during her tour. He is particularly proud of his work with Woodford Reserve, which he got Al Roker to taste live on the TODAY Show.

Meir joined Haymaker in 2019, where he has led programs for Eventbrite, Angi, Zocdoc, and Clover, among other category leaders.
