Grubhub needed to attract even more diners to their fast-growing food delivery platform.

The Process

They tapped our team to come up with a strategy. We developed a two-pronged approach. First, we offered experiential opportunities to national reporters so they could use Grubhub themselves. Second, we leveraged content from Grubhub’s monthly deals page to pitch reporters with material for seasonal round-up coverage.

In just a few short months, Grubhub reached a massive national consumer audience through coverage in outlets including Thrillist, Inc., and FOX Business. Reporters highlighted their positive experiences using Grubhub while sharing Grubhub’s latest food deals and encouraging readers to download the app.
